Working with Chris at the YMCA of Virginia Peninsula was a delightful experience. As the Digital Experience Director, she brought valuable skills and knowledge of SEO that were a great asset to the organization. We collaborated on a project that spanned over a few days, which involved taking the advertisement to different channels. Chris played a crucial role in planning out the social media content, which helped improve our SEO rankings. Also, Chris's attention to detail and insight has helped improve collateral on different occasions. Always a team player, Chris is excellent at communicating and collaborating with other departments to accomplish the goal. Chris is a very talented and knowledgeable digital marketing director. She stays on top of current trends and innovates and would make a great addition to any team.

While Chris was at Clay, we were both partners of a shared event team, where our responsibility was to create and run social events to facilitate folks getting to know each other better. Although we ran various events, our biggest signature event was the Casino Night. We put together a prize structure, created friendly versions of games to ensure folks would walk away with said prizes, and created handouts for dealers to run our games. We also iterated over and tested various games to ensure they were fun and effective. I definitely recommend Chris for managing events and people; she knows how different people think and is very inclusive and thoughtful!
