While Chris was at Clay, we were both partners of a shared event team, where our responsibility was to create and run social events to facilitate folks getting to know each other better. Although we ran various events, our biggest signature event was the Casino Night. We put together a prize structure, created friendly versions of games to ensure folks would walk away with said prizes, and created handouts for dealers to run our games. We also iterated over and tested various games to ensure they were fun and effective. I definitely recommend Chris for managing events and people; she knows how different people think and is very inclusive and thoughtful!
